"Fundevogel" Puppet Theatre freely adapted from the Brothers Grimm for people aged 5 and up.

The puppeteer Kathrin Thiele from Potsdam knows how to use sensual images that leave plenty of room for the viewer's imagination to transport young and old viewers into the world of fairy tales.

Kathrin Thiele movingly performs the story of the foundling Fundevogel in and around a book, using hand puppets and string marionettes. A forester finds the child in a bird's nest and takes it home. Fundevogel finds a new, loving home with the forester and his daughter Lenchen. But living in the house is the spiteful cook, who cannot bear the bond the two children feel. She hatches a monstrous plan…
